Sigatoka Electric was established in the 1969 by the young man who had a vision to provide professional electrical services to residents, commercial enterprises and resorts of the growing coastal township of Sigatoka.

New hotels were being built and the young entrepreneur foresaw the advantages of establishing an enterprise that could cater for the needs of this expanding region. That young man is none other than the current chairman of the company, Mr. Gopal Krishna.

From a small largely one-man operation, the company has grown into a dynamic organisation serving major resorts, hospitals, commercial enterprises and industrial clients.
