Jade Hair & Beauty - Suva, Fiji

Staff at the MHCC Jade store are lousy. The shop closes at 9pm, and if you go in at 7pm for a manicure (which takes 45 mins only) they will send you away. Happened with few times. I also saw that there were no other customer waiting for manicure. I was told that manicure staff were going home at 7pm. Then why does the shop advertise that they are open till 9pm. Really lowers the standard of retail service in Fiji. Pathetic. Working women cant find time, and early evening is the best time of women with busy lifestyle.
