Emerging Leaders Forum Alumni - Suva, Fiji

The Emerging Leader's Forum (ELF) is a year-long programme & one of three activities of Fiji Women's Rights Movement (FWRM) Young Women in Leadership Project. The idea behind the entire project is about supporting & encouraging YOUNG WOMEN to have more of a voice-in their schools,youth groups,churches,communities,etc-& to make their opinions known. The main objective of ELF is to introduce young leaders to issues facing women in Fiji & internationally & to allow for in-depth discussion so that their concerns,various topics & current affairs may be better understood. diverse range of religious,ethnic & professional groups. ELFs are creating a ripple effect withing their communities by talking to their friends & family members about various sessions & using the knowledge & empowerment they gain in their personal & professional lives.
