Viti Foods Pte Limited, a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies, specializes in producing canned tuna and mackerel for local and international markets. We are currently looking for a General Manager to lead our manufacturing plant in Laucala Beach Estate, Suva.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all operational aspects of Viti Foods Pte Limited, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, commercial success, and adherence to GMP and safety standards. Responsibilities include strategic planning for business expansion and optimization, managing budgets, ensuring product quality, and reporting on plant operations.
Position Requirements: Prospective candidates must have a Degree in Engineering, Food or Marine Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in a similar industry. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.
