Review of Nadi General Transport Co

I usually catch the bus from the Namaka and I get off opposite Edds bar in Martintar usually paying $.70. Today the bus driver from nadi general transport lautoka (ED645) charged me $1.00 and when I asked him for my change he didn't want to give it but gave me a ticket for $1.15 instead. I have a video of him not wanting to give my change. This mater has been lodged with consumer council also. This incident happened about 1pm today 23rd October 2015.
